1. Peel off clear cover

2. Apply to clean dry skin in desired location

3. Apply water to paper backing using a towel, cloth, or paper towel and hold for at least 30 seconds

4. Remove paper backing

5. To remove the temporary tattoo use baby oil or rubbing alcohol, not just soap and water!
